The choice takes place in the final stage of the A Brewing Storm quest. As the gloomy news of Sigurd's fate comes to light, Dag challenges Eivor to duel for leadership over the clan until their jarl returns safely.
Eivor accepts the challenge and after winning the fight he has to decide whether to send his old friend to Valhalla.
- Give Dag his axe: you give Dag his axe and tell him to go to Odin's palace. After a while, Dag dies;
- Deny Dag his axe: you deny Dag his right to Valhalla and send him to Helheim instead.
If Eivor doesn't give Dag his axe, Sigurd will be very angry with your decision. This decision will influence Eivor's final score as a leader and the end of Assassin's Creed Valhalla.
