A new installment of the cult game from 2001, developed by the Team Silent group. This remake was developed by the Polish studio Bloober Team. In Silent Hill 2 we once again play James Sunderland, who sets out for the title town to find his deceased wife Mary.
Silent Hill 2 is a remake of the 2001 classic game being the most recognized and appreciated part of the series. It was released by Japanese company Konami and was developed by Polish studio Bloober Team, which began its adventure with horror games in 2016 with the first installment of the Layers of Fear series. Since then, our native developers have also developed such titles as Observer Blair Witch and The Medium.
The remake of Silent Hill 2 was created in cooperation with concept artist Masahiro Ito, known primarily for his unique monster designs for each part of the series, and musician Akira Yamaoka - composer of the soundtrack to almost every installment of Silent Hill. The new version of the game was prepared on Unreal Engine 5.
