The Treating Symptoms gig is one of the side quests appearing in Phantom Liberty expansion to Cyberpunk 2077. Initating the gig and entering Voodoo Boys hideout

1. This gig is initiated after arriving to the eastern part of Dogtown. You'll receive a call from Mr. Hands detailing the contract on Milko Alexis.
2. Your first task is to reach the interior of one of the Voodoo Boys hideouts - you can go guns blazing, ambush opponents, or go full stealth. There are 2 main ways of accessing the building - the main entrance and the side entrance - along the way to the latter, watch out for opponents and an active security camera.

Exploring the hideout and interrogating the supplier

1. Inside the building, you'll encounter more enemies, among them a drone and a turret - with developed Technical Ability, you can sabotage turrets or take them over so they fire at enemies.
2. Head toward the back rooms. Before you open the door at the back area of the base, you can find the supplier and interrogate him.
3. Additional options during the interrogation are: hitting the character (requiring developed Body) or paying him 500 credits. The supplier will reveal that there are robots stored in the server room.

Neutralizing the miniboss

1. A door near the supplier leads to the server room. In the new area, you'll need to face some robots, and among them there is a mini-boss Robot R Mk.2 - for more tips on the encounter, visit the Bosses chapter.

Finding Milko Alexis

1. Use the new pathway to reach the back area of the server room which leads to the basement. You'll reach a room where Milko Alexis and netrunner Alan Noel are.

Choice on Milko Alexis

You can now choose how you want to behave during this confrontation:

1. Attack and kill Alan - you can attack the netrunner right away and this is a better choice, as he won't expect the attack. If you refuse his proposal and provoke him to fight during the conversation, in the ensuing battle he will use his cyberware.
2. After defeating Alan, additionally kill Alexis and search Alan's body to collect an access card.

1. Another variant is letting Alan finish his operation - this way you'll avoid combat and gain a potential ally.

Regardless of the chosen variant, you need to evacuate from Voodoo Boys' base. Back on the street, Mr. Hands will call you, transferring your credits to you.
