During the course of the Get It Together story mission in Phantom Liberty, you'll attempt to meet up with Mr. Hands in the Heavy Hearts club. Calling Mr. Hands

1. During the conclusion to The Damned story quest, Reed will propose calling Mr. Hands for some assistance.
2. You can call from the Journal menu (C button) or bring up your phone - Mr. Hands will be on the contact list (second tab) - to call him, press F.
3. Mr. Hands should agree to help if you've done some gigs for him - these are described on dedicated pages of the guide. If you still haven't done these tasks, make sure to complete them in order to be able to continue with the main plot of the expansion.

Reaching the Heavy Hearts club and meeting Mr. Hands

1. You'll hear from Mr. Hands after a few hours. If needed, go crash at the apartment or choose to fast-forward time option from the menu.
2. Once it arrives, read the message from Hands - it will set the meeting location as Heavy Hearts Club and contain the needed keycode so you can access the elevator.
3. Time to head to the Heavy Hearts club. Go inside the building and proceed to the elevator. To be able to use the elevator, you need to input the code received from Hands - 2589. Choose to ride to floor 3 which is an apartment floor.
4. In the marked room, you will meet face-to-face with Mr. Hands and during the conversation, you can optionally share a drink with the man. Hands will give you a shard containing the plans of the target building.

Meeting with Reed and Alex at The Moth

1. Leave Heavy Hearts, bring up your phone and call Reed to send him the building plans received from Hands.
2. You'll have to meet Reed in The Moth. A relic glitch will take place after reaching The Moth, but this is a story event. Follow Reed out to the back rooms and use the elevator to reach the boiler room in the basement.
3. After further conversations Alex will appear. The trio will review the blueprints for the Black Sapphire building. While in the room, you can collect some free weapons and ammunition, and receive 2 unique items. These are Her Majesty pistol and the Tactical Wetsuit which will come in handy in the next quest.
4. After the next conversation with Reed, the mission will be concluded. This also starts another quest - You Know My Name.
