Castle Heart - uses
Castle Heart is a very important item that you'll have to craft in the first hours of the game. This is a seed of a castle. Foundations, walls and buildings are constructed around it. Moreover, the strength and current condition of Castle Heart is responsible for the condition of the whole castle, even in later phases of the gameplay. If Castle Heart starts to crumble, the castle becomes vulnerable - and other players can take it over.
Getting Castle Hearts
You need 30 Blood Essences to create a single Castle Heart. More information about Blood Essences can be found on a dedicated page of this guide.
Castle Heart Status In Decay
If Castle Heart begins to fall apart, the message "Castle Heart Status In Decay" will appear on the screen. For a Castle Heart to survive, it needs blood, same as the main hero. If you don't feed it with Blood Essences, it will decay.
You need to supply Castle Heart with a steady supply of Blood Essences. The current Castle Heart status can be seen on the screen, in form of a timer. Keep in mind that upgrades increase Blood Essence storing capabilities, so you receive more time before next supply has to be delivered.
