Dragon's Dogma 2: Guide content

Dragons Dogma 2: Tips and tricks

1. Be careful with the Load from Last Inn Rest option - the rather enigmatic option to load the game in the last inn may overwrite your game progress. Be careful when you use it.
2. Remember that items rot in your inventory - some delicate items such as fruit or meat will rot if you leave them in your inventory for too long. Regularly use up items that can expire.
3. Rest often at inns - a night spent at an inn saves your game and fully restores lost health and stamina.
4. Take advantage of your surroundings during combat - don't be afraid to use elements such as boulders or exploding barrels to gain an advantage over your opponent.
5. Grapples break the defense of smaller enemies - if a smaller enemy is protecting himself with a shield, you can try to grab him to break his block.
6. Rent support Pawns on an ongoing basis - Pawns rented from other players do not level up with you. Therefore, you will need to replace them on an ongoing basis.
7. Balance the weight of your equipment - excessive load will negatively affect your character's stamina. Continually get rid of unnecessary items.
8. Check what is hidden under the exclamation marks - the exclamation marks appearing on the map are points spotted by one of your Pawns. They are often interesting places or treasures.
9. Buy new skills - visit the Guild building from time to time to develop, modify or even completely change your vocation.
10. Use keyboard shortcuts, commands and items - the game does not communicate very well that there are useful keyboard shortcuts. Use them to issue commands to the party, as well as to quickly use items.
